Jerusalem Municipality - Requests Status System

In this project, we created the UX characterization and design for a status of requests system. This digital tool caters to a wide range of audiences: residents, contractors, business owners, and anyone interested in filing a request or has filed one in the past and allows users to locate their requests via various parameters and check its status.

Key features made available to the user:

  • A_Group 23
The expected time of completion for each stage
  • A_Group 23
Indication of requirements and missing data
  • A_Group 23
New added timeline points when necessary
  • A_Group 23
    Future requirements and dated milestones
  • A_Group 23
An option to register for User notifications

Research as key to visuality

Thanks to in-depth user research and interviews with city officials, we came up with a powerful product suitable for creating the various system tools. The research conclusions led us to make important decisions and establish which values we should supply to the user. We decided on a visual method of a timeline when on it we placed tools of orientation, flexibility and guidance at every stage.
